The German embassy in Moscow shows the communication between the Reich and Japan in the past 24 hours. The ambassador assures them that the Axis is still strong and the Reich values its allies.

It regrets me to inform you that your recent threats are not seen with a good eye from the British Empire, no one shall try to make us looks like fools.
Also, we believe that the German Canchellor should better study some more history, as it was the Chinese and the Indonesian that attacked us by seizing Hong Kong and Singapore, all we did was just repeal their invasion and counter-attack, Indonesia did not accept to end the war, and now they are no longer a sovereign nation, the same fate shall happen to China, unless they decide to sign the peace terms we have discussed with our Japanese and Indian allies.
Off course if the Chinese wants to discuss the peace treaty they are free to do it, but since they did not say anything about it, we will keep on fighting.

Also, consider relationship between Germany and Britain offcially down from Normal-Good to Bad, unless of course the German reich will apologize for the empty threats made to Britain.

The Germans will have too many problems when the Russians invade, and the Italians have agreed to join the allies too. We shall continue our joint assault on the Chinese. Would you be prepared to offer Mongolia to the Russians as their reward? Japan has already made this offer, but British agreement would be appreciated.(/secret)

we're afraid that won't work, as Australia is an ally. However, we have always supported economic domination for those that are strong and wise enough to use it. We could work together to take control of Australia's economy, and once we have done that Australia could be our puppet, without the need for bloodshed (or the expense that comes with perpetrating a war). What do you say to this?

To KA / CNA : (secret) : This would be very acceptable indeed - better than our original plan. Australia relies on imports to feed its people after the Alien attack, I beleive. The Japanese Navy shall ensure that only KA ships supply the needed foodstuffs. This will be done totally discreetly, naturally, using small vessels with Indonesian crews carrying no identification. Begin working with Japan to gain control of Australia’s markets. Take temporary losses to drive their companies to bankruptcy and then buy them. Inundate them with superior consumer items. Supply them with food in the wake of the unfortunate shortage that seems to be cropping up. Send the KA board’s most experienced directors to gain control of the economy using their usual despicable tricks, but try to be subtle. Create a favorable impression among the Australian citizens because KA and Japan will be employing most of them, and dominate the markets with high quality goods and services.
= Gain chokehold on their economy, the people’s will, and get the people to elect pro-Japan, pro-CNA, semi-puppet officials.
Then begin reaping profits, take out just enough so that they don’t go into recession (or at least for not too long at a time). Split profits with Japan.

Apparently the Canchellor didn't study his history once again, but we would like to kindly inform you that:
- China attacked the British port of Hong Kong in alliance with Indonesia who attacked Singapore (see page 14), despite the fact that we have declared that we would have turned HK back to China in 30 years (see a few pages before)
- No peace was ever signed with China during the Alien invasion, we just decided not to attack China but to attack the Aliens.

Now the Alien menace is gone, and we are fully intentioned to finish the war against China soon, and we don't need German approval for it.

And as for those "seeds of hatred" you are talking about, well, it appears to us that you are desperatly trying to have a casus belli against Britain, and to worse our relationship, certainly not to improve them.

Using our air superiority by attacking their ground troops we should be able to get the upperhand on China, they have no Air Force to speak of, while we have a combined "above average-small-small".
One their troops will be tired of all the bombing, we should have no problem of defeating them with our combined "small-above average-above average" army in a multi front war. Victory will be our.

- Start a bidding between the major British construction companies on the various projects for the reconstruction of London.

- Consolidate British positions in China buy building some fortifications and fortifing high-precision artilleries on high hills or mountains, so that they will be able to fire against the enem from far away.

- Send some fresh troops into China and withdraw an equal number of tired troops fron the front, in order to allow them some rest.

Germany, Finland, Canada, Italy, USSR, China, Brazil, Thailand, Mexico, Argentina, USSR, Italy, and Amazonia now comprise the Axis.

India, CSA, Haiti, and Australia, KA, Japan, Britain, and Israel, make up the Allies.

Axis make a coordinated attack on the Allies!! WW3 starts as the Axis juggernaut rolls over many areas of the world!!! Germany uses chemical and bio weapons against the Israelis!!! Allies frantically attempt to recover!!
