To Germany (secret): Those are other possibilities, although we are not convinced that Iran would take actions that could very well lead to a military superpower (you) on their western border. Arab terrorism is also a possibility, but we doubt that Arabs could have gained access to our nuclear facilities without a great deal of external and internal help.

To Germany (secret): We have units of Arab militia in the military, but our strategic forces have very tight security and contain no Arabs. They might contain some closet Arab sympathisers, but we have no way to tell. We shall begin interrogating the troops from the unit in question to follow this lead up.
