Arrrgh!!! Incredibly Japan has NMR'd on consecutive turns, which unfortnately means that I'm seeking a replacement player for the position so that the game may continue. I do hope that everything is okay with our absent player. I will try to have a replacement in place by the posted deadline for winter adjustments, but I will keep you updated as to the status of this change.
We have another draw proposal on the table. This time its for a draw between China, Holland, and Turkey. Technically Holland and Turkey do not exist, and therefore are not eligible to participate, so it's now a Chinese solo on the table now. The proposal must receive a unanimous approval to pass. All remaining players please send votes with winter adjustments.
There are no retreats needed for Fall 1877, so Winter 1877 orders and votes on the Chinese solo proposal are due Sunday, December 22 @ 23:59 EST.
