GM COMMENTS:
The draw proposal has been defeated. This means that at least one of the remaining players has voted against it, which is enough to kill the proposal. Another proposal has been tabled this turn. The new proposal is for a draw between Britain, Japan, and Russia. Please submit your votes with winter adjustments. A unanimous vote from all surviving players is required for the proposal to pass. Please note that I am changing my position on NMR's for votes. An abstention or NMR will count as a NO vote.
Unfortunately France has now NMR'd in consecutive turns, and that means that the player will be replaced. I will find a replacement immediately, and we will continue on schedule.
The NMR aside, this game is very interesting to watch. There's a horse race run for victory between Japan and Britain. Central Asia is active with movement of many armies, and there is an epic battle shaping up in the Java Sea. Stay tuned. Next year looks to be even more exciting.
Fall 1876 retreats are due Monday December 9 at 23:59 EST. In the interest of expediency I have auto retreated both retreating units as they had only one retreat option available. If either Britain or Japan wishes to send their retreating units OTB, please let me know by the retreat deadline, and I'll make the appropriate changes. Winter 1876 adjustment orders Tuesday December 10 at 23:59 EST.
Please check for accuracy.
