Well, here are the long-delayed builds. Spring moves shall be due... Thursday, same day as when these builds were supposed to theoretically be finished. Oh, well. A move a week isn't TOO bad. Although not exactly great either.

Gerwald, if you didn't mean to waive that build (perfectly understandable considering the way every winter turn has gone so far- ugh), then speak now or forever hold your peace.

Chazzy, I had kept a build in reserve back before you became the GM. That might be why you are having difficulty matching SC's gained with builds. I keep choosing to not use my extra build.

Edit: Not worth a new post, but my apologies about the lateness- blame me, not Defiant, everything is settled now. Alas the lightning comes and I have to disconnect ye olde computer, and tommorow is pretty well shot until the night. When hopefully I'll be able to finish adjudicating.
