Arrrrrgggggh!!!

I miscounted the number of SCs for Britain, which controls 18 centers, not the 17 I listed. This means that Britain has another build, and I will have to set back the deadline for Spring 1874 moves. The latter being a good thing, since I'm missing a few sets.

I'm travelling for business this week, and will not be able to update the map until Wednesday evening at the earliest. I will however, post Britain's build upon receipt, and update the map ASAP.
