I made a mistake, England does not get a build but Germany gets one build and Turkey gets a deiband.

Spring 1908 is due Sunday October 28th, at 5:59GMT. Lets try and finish this game quickly but if you need more time please request it, I haven't turned down any requests yet.

That could be a tough call, he still has about 6 hours to make up his mind, but I am quite confident he isn't going to let those hoard of warmongers in Vie take over the peaceful people of Budapest.
