I can only wait so long for orders due immediately, alas. Chazzy has still not submitted a retreat for F Nor, so it retreats OTB. That means Russia only has one disband. Since Chazzy submitted two, I'm disbanding the one farthest from a Russian SC of the two, which would be A Syria (had there been two armies equidistant from the Russian homeland yet not occupying an SC to disband, then it would have been a coin toss).

Spring moves are due Wednesday the 25th. If this isn't enough time, please tell me.

Well, no, you DID have two disbands, but that assumed a retreat to somewhere with F Nor, either Barents or Skagerak. Since no retreat was submitted, it went OTB, and hence you only had 1 disband.

Irrelevant now though.
