Minor Delay - Replacement Japan required

Well, I never received builds from Talon. In fact, I haven't heard from Talon in a couple of weeks. So, I'm replacing him.. I have one of the Alternates looking at the map right now. If he's interested, I'll have him send in builds & I'll post them immediately.
