How fascinating! Almost every power wrote an order that changed another country's borders, sometimes right across the map! This was clearly a very offensive turn as everyone sought to trip up each other. However, they appear to have inadvertenly expanded the scope of Vienna towards Switzerland and Berlin. Up in the north, the Skaggerak jumped around a bit to allow Norway to fully hug Denmark. The seas have receded momentarily to reveal a land bridge between Edinburgh and Norway, while Italy redrew its borders to reflect Rome's influence on the Adriatic. Munich and Burgundy are once again neighbors, by the way.
