Imperial3 Dip (50) Summer 1861 Retreats
Hello Everyone,
The only retreat is Russia's F-Yellow to Seo.

I also made Prussia's territories easier to read and moves England's fleet from GB to VLC.
Mike should be up soon to tell us when Fall 1861 moves are due.
