Spain, Holland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia, Naples, and the Ottoman Empire all had ships of the line as well.
Spain had nearly as many as France, Holland had at least 25, Sweden and Denmark both had around 15-20, Russia had 10-20, Naples had maybe 5, and the Ottomans had maybe 10...
Most nations by this time did have a standing professional force of some kind...
And I know Prussia did NOT have 195,000 troops in her army in 1756... It was a feat for Frederick II to have 80,000 troops in his whole army less than five years earlier!
