Well, the Greater Arabian flag is actually the real-life Saudi flag. The meaning is more islamic in general than that it's specific for Saudi-Arabia, so I thought it would be good to use it. The Arabian Africa flag is actually the Mahdist flag. They were an Islamic group that ruled Sudan at the beginning of this century (IIRC), and although the African provinces have no more autonomy than Qatar or Oman, for example, I thought it would be neat to use this flag.

Well, lemme see which flags are the best. The Flag of German Africa, Scandinavian Solidarity, Greater India, and Arabian Africa.

The worst are the United Demesosian States of America (do I see some pukey green on the flag?), and the Conservative Republic of the Middle East. I could find a lot of ways to improve both flags. For example, for the CRME, make the flag green, and replace the pentagon star with the Star of David, and you've got a pretty good-looking flag. As for the Demesos flag, just get rid of the 4 colors around the middle and use regular red, blue, and white. It will show through, I promise. Or even better, have the rays be blue, and then the stripes white & red. No, that's too Scandinavian. Make the stripes blue and the rays red. That'll be a great flag.

LordStone, the flag for German Africa is the flag that the Germans actually used for German East Africa in real life.

Oh well, it's still a very cool-looking flag. I'm just glad there's no swatstika on it. Now, that would mean automatic disqualification!

Yes, well it is the flag used by the German East African Company. Fortunately, only the old German Empire had colonies, so no colonies ever had a swastika on their flag.
