Replacement Needed for Nostalgia Dip (good position)

Frozzy has just run out his grace period. He's Spain in Nostalgia Dip and is currently in a good position:

berzerker and Oerdin have first dibs since they signed up as alternates when I set up this game. If Frozzy contacts me very soon and/or has a very good excuse I'll let him have Spain back, otherwise its up for grabs.

Oerdin is Spain unless berzerker (the first alternate) wants to overrule him (which I doubt).

aaaaaah that explains it, I uninstalled ICQ because it was freezing up my computer repeatedly. No problem. Just send orders via poly PM if you're out of town in the future.
