My biased and subjective power ranking:
#1 Turkey
Everything's going right for Turkey. They've got a good hold on the Balkans and a clear avenue for expansion. The only think that could go wrong is an Egyptian stab.
#2 UK
Probably no builds (unless they get Polish help against Sweden) but the Poland/UK forces do have the allyless Russian overmatched and it seems like its only a matter of time before Swe and Mur fall into Limey hands. Also the Germans not doing anything to antagonize the Brits (like build fleets) they're pretty impregnable.
#3 Spain
They've got the whole domination of the western Med thing going for them. But the Italians have a lot of units and won't be an easy nut to crack.
#4 Poland
Little screw up with orders, but like I said the Russians can't fight off both the Poles and the Brits forever so they should pick up at least Bie eventually.
#5 Egypt
Egypt gets this high not necessarily because its all that powerful but because unlike everyone below it it isn't really committed and has options. If can go the safe route and try to pick up an Italian SC or two (over even go after Tunis) or do the risky route and stab the Turks. Going after the Turks will take some real tactical brilliance but unless the Egyptians cement a real tight alliance with the Turks or stab them the Turks will only get bigger and more threatening, being the neighbor of the #1 power isn't easy.
#6 France
In a deadlock with Germany until an outside power intervenes. But due to the Spanish fleet build I think its more likely that the Germans will get stabed first.

#8 Italy
All those foreign fleets look mighty threatening but Italy has a lot of units to keep them at bay with and if he can avoid fighting everyone besides Spain he should be able to make a comeback.
#9 Russia
Unless there's a reshuffling of alliances Russia will only be beaten back. Luckily the ruskies have a lot of space to be beaten back into. Things looked so much nicer when it looked like a R/U would roll right over Poland.
#10 Ukraine
That Turkish attack hurt. You can't fight Turkey by yourself. Get an ally or you're toast. But the Ukrainians can still make a comback and they've got a pretty compact defensive position in which to hold out until someone distracts the Turks.
