I think that we may discuss your proposal, now that the corrupted Communist government of China is no more. However we wish to rework your points:

China has full control of the territory and military

This is not acceptable for us, no military forces may be stationed in the Tibetan region. we will only allow a couple of garrisons near the border, and that's it. And absolutely no military in Lhasa (not even if they are just passing by)

Tibet submits to the Chinese law, but may keep its own in case of compatibility

We wish to rework this, as there are far too many laws which are too different to be compatible. And there are a few Chinese ones which we don't think would be good for our society.

That's why we want to remain as an autonomous region, keeping all our old laws concerning the social life of our citizens.. but we will introduce the Chinese one as well, and if there are some contrasts, than we will keep the Tibetan ones.
Also a further point we'd like to add.
The rapresentative/governor of Tibet shall remain the Dalai Llama, who will nominate his successor.

War still going on
The Indian-Pakistan conflict still goes on, the Indian initial quick advancem however, was stopped by the Pakistani defensive lines all across the Indus river. After a quick encirclement the cities of Sialkot, Lahore, Jhang Sadr, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Sargodha, Faisabad and Gujranwala have been taken by the Indian forces.
Combined Indian and Russian raids over Pakistan's forces are however starting to tire off the Pakistani's defenses, and the Indian are gaining once again ground

In the meanwhile a Russian attack on the Pakistan's martian colony proved succesful, the people there, which thought of taking this chance to declare their own independence as well, greeted the Russians as liberators, which quickly swallowed down the whole colony, with almost no resistance.

The colonist renamed their colony to: People's Republic of Gulastan (OOC: they are commies). And are now asking Russia to recognize their independence, and possibly propose their entrance as a new CDA member.

Like the experts thought, Hurricane Isadore dissolved in a light breath of air before reaching the Japanese coasts

Moon Colonization open to the world
After the first little AEU base was planted, quickly over nations started a real "race" in order to send their man up on the moon as well.
Russia, India, Canada and the La Paz Pact managed to establish their own without much problems.
However the big costs of these sort of expeditions are not allowing for many more launches.

Brazilian Rocket crash on the moon
Brazil, as well as many other great world powers, tried to establish its own base on the moon, however a problem in the landing mechanism which didn't work properly, lead the rocket to crash into the moon surface.
About 67 people died in the crash, and another 84 are wounded or injured, and have been rescued by the AEU mon base authorities. The other Brazilian however started to work on the site where the Brazilian base will be placed, and soon the Brazilian flag shall wave on the moon as well.

Coup d'etat in the WAF
According to the latest news available a coup d'etat have occured in the WAF, General Sheep have taken control of Phoenix and have taken the power.
Given the confusion we are unable to give any other news about the WAF for today.

I don't know how many of you have joined the other two GDNESes, but let me remind you of this:

When you are improving on something you must also state how much time it will take:

i.e

Indian Orders:
Enlarge the Navy: 1.5 years (this means 6 turns)

This was the way it worked in GDNES and GDNES2, And I don't see why you are doing it different in GDNES3

Also be realistic when doing these, or I will intervene by either slowing down your projects or dropping your economy level
