An AEU colony has been established on the moon. The initial habitation facilities have been built and construction is ongoing. Charters have been issued to all sorts of industries and institutions to begin development. Territorial borders of 100 km radius around the base as well as planned sites have been staked out. Once the population is sufficient, expected to be within 2 to 4 years, the colony will be brought into the AEU as a full component state, with representation and the benefits and responsibilities involved. (Likewise incorporate the Mars AEU colony if it has not already been done).
