I don't think I can continue this - my internet's lagged to hell, and doing anything on Poly is quite difficult. Just keep China as an NPC nation, and I may be able to return if I can figure out what the problem is and fix it.Comment

Your sources are inaccurate. Norway joined NATO in 1949 and has been a member ever since.
