Look how right we were. Japan reccommends this arms race is stopped, and disarmnament commences NOW.

Orders : Form weapons inspection teams, for the case that people disarm.

To Japan (secret): The Mossad has no idea who they are, and they're taking a hounding for it. We are working frantically to try and find the culprits, but matters are being complicated by the difficulty of recruiting agents in Germany. We suspect that the attack may have been conducted with a stolen German nuclear warhead.

To Isreal : (secret)Well, we may not get another chance like this. We should take advantage of Britain's weakness. Shall we establish a joint protectorate over HK and Singapore, to keep them from becoming involved in the Thai-Indonesian war, of course. My fleets are already stationed in the harbours of these two colonys, and your Mossad agents are in the cities. My paratroopers stand ready, and the ships have a large marine contingent. With the British Government destroyed, we should have no opposition.(/secret)

To Britain : With the destruction of your government in London you have our deepest sympathy. We too know what it is to be under nuclear attack. We condemm, as always, any state using or possessing nuclear weapons. To help you rebuild, we will take on the naval command in HK and Singapore - purely on a temporary basis. When your government is rebuilt, we will gladly hand control back, but we cannot allow these strategic ports to fall under Chinese, Thai, Indian (evil nuke-owners) or Indonesian control. We hope you understand that we take this action for the benefit of both of our nations. We are putting together a substantial aid package to help the people of London.

OOC - Methril, do you mean that one of the players has dropped a nuke on London, but only they know who? How is this done? Sorry, this is my first NES, so I have to ask these things (/ooc)

OOC:Yes, only the person who used the nuke knows who did it. But, think. Who would want to do such a thing and has nukes? Your doing pretty good for your first NES.

OCC : I'm just trying to be nice to people, and defend myself. I'm still not really sure what's going on though. I've read back over the post, and noone has posted any (secret) orders about nuking London, or nuking America. Is it possible that they are not from one of the players?

To Japan (secret): Sure, go ahead. Our intelligence netowrks in HK and Singapore are on alert, and can take power as soon as your troops are there to endofrce it, but I doubt much effort will be needed. With the current anarchy reigning there, they'll be happy to accept any government that can restore order.

With the total destruction of the British parliament, and the death of the cabinet as well as all the government, Prince Francis (who was in his country house in Edimburgh) quickly established a temporary government and relocated the British Capital in the Scottish City of Edimburgh.

The British people blamed the attack on the aggressive policies of the Fascist Party, which claims to government positions have been abolished, and rejoiced at the news of Prince Francis (now King after the death of his father) stepping up to arrest any Fascist Party member, and taking back full power in Britain, as a temporary measure to counter this big crisis.

Although we hear in your words that you suspect of India, but we doubt it was them, because we know by our agents that they have only 3 nukes, and we were hitten by 5, so it must be some other nation, but we don't know which one
(OOC: METHRIL, May I know which nation had 5 or more nukes in the arsenal before this attack?, Can't be India because you said they only had 3, so it leaves it only to USM and CSA)

This Nuclear Attack against the United Kingdom, was an attack against the whole world, the Nations of this world should not be slaves of some dictator who think he can blackmail the world by using his weapons of mass destruction, therefore we ask all nations in this great planet, to join us in our rightous fight against the forces of evil who launched this attack.
We all are in danger, not just Britain, but the WHOLE WORLD.
Let's all join our forces, we know we had some skirmishes or little disagreement with some of your countries before, but we always intended war as an honourable way to fight, and see which country is the strongest, but this new kind of war is horrible and subdole, all the proud nations on this world should join together to counter this greater menace.

- Order all people from now on to go out only with a toxic mask on.
- All Military fields are to stay on high alert and put all defenses at maximum level to prevent any other similar strike.
- The Navy is to check any incoming merchant, civilian, and military ship to see if they have any nuke on board, if the ship refuse to be checked it will be sunked immediatly.
- Start investigations to find out where the nuke was launched from, who ordered it and possibly WHY THE HECK DID THEY LAUNCHED IT.

Wait a second

You said there were only 3 nuclear powers in the world

USM = 5 (can't be, they launched some bombs on CSA)

CSA = 4 (can't be, I need a 5 nuke holding nation)

India = 3 (can't be, same as above, especially as they said it would take them 10 years to build another one)

Plus, I had some good relationship with India, while I never talked with USM and CSA, so why should they have done it.

of the new nuke holders we have:

Israel: They just built 1 warhead, plus I don't think they are the ones

Germany: Sheep just declared he have nukes, I don't know how many, but anyway, I can't find a good reason for a Nazi Germany nuking a Fascist Britain.

So there must be someone else out there with nukes, unless it was Sheep which decided to take a little revenge on me because of some disagreement in other NESes .

Bah... I feel like I'm about to have an headache.
