Argentina annexed Paraguay and Chile
Brazil annexed Uruguay

Italy, Germany and Russia formed the Emperor's League and Russia attacked the Scandinavian Pact (Sweden, Norway, Denmark)

Holland and Belgium formed the BENE Alliance
