Switzerland, the 1/3 to Germany is fine by me, so long as we increase production so that I still get the amount I need.
As for the bomber, I will welcome your help in it, in return for you trying to make an explosive bullet(one with a small explosive charge in it). I will also offer you the plans to cruise missiles(once they're done) in return for this help.

We accept the deal. You help us with fighters and bombers, and in return, a third go to Germany, a third to you, and a third to me. In return you will also give me uranium bullets and research an explosive bullet.
To Germany
We are not planning anything, but we have an Empire and it must be defended, by us keeping up with the rest of the world, and being a world leader due to peace(so that others may follow our example and live peacefully).
Trust me, if Britain goes to war, it will most likely be against your enemies, as many seem to have been insulting us(India, and Russia by stealing secrets).
