      • You have my vote to join the UN, and I now object to the consideration of Antarctica untill India has a vote, untill that time it will remain in it's current uninhabited state. In return for BEER sponsorship, BEER asks that india support an independent Greece as proposed by BEER.

                  • << My last post today I promose. A note to the guy writing the Russians. My writing wasn't clear enough. The discussion between Camel and Ivan was to include Beria as part of the USSR entourage on the tour of the Acropolis. This posting belong before your posting if we are to keep timelines consistent.>>

                    MINNESOTA

Nine hours prior to the attack in Athens, the little man squeezed into the cold, dark space aboard the twin engine airplane that had been chartered to take the musicians to Athens. He thought about his family – how he wanted to kill someone when his boys came home speaking like Canadians. He thought about his country – that communist who had usurped power. But mostly he thought about himself and why he had never amounted to much. Until now. He had joined the militia that had been set up in Minnesota to bring the government back to its position of dominance by crushing the godless commies. But they had lacked direction until the tall, bearded man showed up and gave them money, training and a plan. He was very cold inside this space that one of his cohorts who worked for the airline had built but it did not matter anymore. All would be over soon enough. He dreamed of his boys revering his name.

For awhile, he heard some guitars strumming and a deep rich baritone voice singing but eventually they grew quiet. The next stop would be refueling in Paris and after that he would make his move.

                    GAZA

Tariq Aziz and the General moved their prisoner out of the van and into the small terminal in the Gaza airstrip. Most of the flights had been cancelled in honor of the celebration in Greece and so the place was deserted except for a handful of maintenance people and airline clerks. They mostly were gathered around the radio listening to the live feed.

The General commandeered a portion of the terminal and took the prisoner there. He had Aziz keep watch on the brute while he made a phone call. Minutes later: “I can’t get through – it must be the celebration.”

                    ATHENS

But one phone call did get through. Fareeka took it in the little tent she had stood up to honor the Iraqi Senate. “Yes?” A pause. “Very well. You know what to do.”

                    GAZA

In Gaza, a young man with curly hair and full lips put down the phone and looked across the terminal.

Aziz rolled his eyes. He had no use for this celebration. He had been sullen and melancholy since his wife died in a mountaineering accident and his career had suffered. One thing he had thought on the van ride over was that this accidental rescue of the General would certainly enhance his career, as if he gave a crap. Speaking of, he asked the General if he could go to the men’s room and the General nodded, saying, “Don’t worry, I learned how to interrogate the best of them during the Caucasus War of Separation from the USSR. You’re Armenian right?” The huge henchman started blubbering. “What are you crying for, I haven’t done anything to you.” The red-faced henchman looked up at him, “well, why do you think they threw me out of special forces. I couldn’t handle the interrogation. I’m sorry – it goes back to my childhood.”

Aziz looked around for the men’s room.

                    OVER EUROPE

After Paris, he waited for the chattering to die down and he surmised the musicians were asleep again so he climbed out of the compartment. He had two guns and a knife for close combat. He looked around and noted the one flight attendant. “Easy pickings,” he thought as he snuck up behind her and slit her throat. She was American but he was sure her family would understand the needed sacrifice. Still, the musicians snored on. He advanced towards the cabin.

                    GAZA

Aziz went into the lavatory and headed for the first stall. He opened the door and a flurry of chrome swirled in front of his eyes. He looked down at his white shirt which was now streaked in red. The figure inside the stall ran him up against the wall and he felt the wall crack behind his head. Or was that his head making that sound. He slumped down to the floor and the wild man who had attacked him followed him down. It was a young Greek man who whispered into his ears, “shhhhhh. My master said you should die. Now, I get to watch you die. Shhhhhh….” Aziz’s eyesight blurred.

Ratlike, the Greek twisted his head when he heard the General calling. He left Tariq to meet his maker.

The General opened the door but this time the Greek was taken aback for the General already had a pistol drawn and he took several shots winging the Greek boy-man in his shoulder before succumbing to a blow from the Greek’s two deadly knives. He threw away the gun and wrestled the boy down to the ground and they rolled around for several seconds until the boy’s arm was caught behind his back. As the General shifted, though, the other arm swung around and the knife stick directly in his neck. The blood flowed over the Greek as he pushed the lifeless body over.

He looked down at Aziz who appeared dead and knew that the gunshots might have alerted the locals so he slipped out a window.

                    OVER GREECE

The pilots dead in the aisle behind him and the musicians now shot, he took the plane in just as if he was making a landing at Athens International.

                    ATHENS

Elvis launched into the crowd’s favorite song, winking up at Camel Hussein and his wife. “Yooooooooooooouuuuu….aint nothing but a hound dog….”

Fareeka checked her watch and started making her way over to Hussein’s box.

                    IN THE AIR OVER ATHENS

The BEER pilot adjusted his head gear and screamed into the mic. “I say again, the plane is off course. Do I have permission to engage?” But all he heard was static on the other line. Down on the ground, the radio was turned all the way up. The flight controller thought, this American music is pretty good. I need to get this record!

                    ATHENS

It was at the finale of the song in which Elvis had slowed the band down considerably that the world went to pieces. Elvis had turned around annoyed at his drummer for stopping and slowly turned to what the drummer was pointing at with his stick. It was the last thing he saw. With a deafening swoosh, Elvis left the building.

Camel felt around in the darkness. Where was Juda, his wife? He grasped a hand, dead to his touch. What had happened? He heard the huge sound. What was it? A bomb? An airplane? He felt around. People were now starting to scream. He felt at his eyes and wondered what was caked on top of them. But it was as he pulled back his hands that he realized with horror, the shards of glass were what was coating his eyes and his face. He screamed for Juda and fell to his knees.

Fareeka had braced herself underneath one of the pillars. After the crash, she knew her time was limited and she swiftly advanced on Pita Lorrey. He was still walking around in a daze. She went up to him. “I knew about you all along. East European Intelligence – working for Beria… all of it. I don’t really care but you were getting to close to my plans and so…” Lorrey looked at her funny and then he looked at her even funnier as she swished her steel and bladesharp finger nail across his neck. She was a knife master – why didn’t that show up in her profile, Lorrey thought…. He looked at her now with a new recognition and she laughed. He fell to the ground just in time to be consumed by the coming fire. Time to get out of here. Oh, the commotion I will cause back home. She wondered if Camel had survived and hoped he did so she could see the look on his face when she booted him out of his office.

                    GAZA

In the men’s room in Gaza, silence, stillness. Then. A hand moves. A groan. Tariq pulled himself up to his knees then fell over again. He crawled out of the bathroom one hand at a time. He looked across the terminal at the clerks and janitors who were staring at the radio in horror. “Help. Help. Call … the … infantry.” His head cracked again as it hit the floor.

                    • During the parade down the streets of India of course starring
Mr. Judson leader of India. While the leader was waving to his loving citizens he noticed some are vomiting on to the streets and coughing insulted but doesn't take a lot of notice, thinking to himself his people need to eat better. Must be food poisoning.

Shortly after the parade Mr. Judson views on the TV that there is a flu going on which explains the coughing and vomiting hopefully to be over soon. Also his wife comes down with the flu not worried he takes here to the doctor. The doctor just saying "Its the flu" giving her some aspirin. Back at the office building his wife complains about itching irritated eyes. Mr. Judson just replied "It may be best just to go to bed and take some aspirin."

                      -Later that night
Mr. Judson tired and finally finished of all the paper work hoping to catch the last of Woodstock live on TV. Putting the phone back on the hook so there would have been no distractions during the paper work.

Just before locking up his office door the phone rings promising him self to return home and not do more paper work,
Ring ,Ring ,Ring. "coming, coming." he yelling to himself in the empty government room. Picking up the phone hearing screams of pain in the background. "Hello, who the Hel*l is this." "Hello sir, I have very horrible news." Mr. Judson could barely make out The Minister of Health's voice he was talking quietly and quickly. One long scream in the background then it stops complete silence between the two callers. Now what seemed like a hour the minister finishes he phrase saying "Its a Plague a Super Virus causing extreme vomiting and irritation and itchiness which begins to burn the eyes till blinded including extreme headaches, your wife has this plague reported one of my doctor this morning I'm sorry sir but there is no cure so fare." Dropping the phone Mr. Judson has called an emergency board meeting and began to run to home just to find her dead on the couch with the TV turned to the channel accusing the board of the plague. Mr. Judson drops on his knees and runs his fingers through her long black hair. He returns to the office. All board members are waiting. The Minister of Health has 1 word "terrorists." The board room silences and further talk says they are testing nuclear sciences some where in India. And the board room closes for the day.

                          • OOC: map? What needs to be cahnged? THe new govt supports allowing india into the UN.

"Your honor, the defense believes that none of the evidence is presentable in court."

                            "What for?"

"The arrest of John Morris that yielded information that was needed to obtain a warrant to arrest the defendents was warantless."

                            "Huh?"

"Your honor, the paper siezed after the arrest of John Morris was the only reason a warrant was obtained to arrest my clients. However, it has been revealed that this arrest was warantless and in fact all information that was seized in it was found to be unusable in the case United Staves v. Morris. I see no reason why similar such evidence should be admissable now."

"Objection!" cut in the prosecutor. "No evidence from that search is being used."

"But the information needed to obtain a warrant to obtain the evidence used wwas from that search."

"I agree," said the judge. "No evidence obtained from the arrest and search of the home of Jones et al shall be admissable."

                            A few hours later...

                            The jury returned.

"Has the jury reached a verdict?"

                            "Yes."

"ARe Jones et al guilty of felony theft, murder, and possession of illegal arms?"

                            "Yes."

United States v. Jones et al (arrested terrorists) is currently in the appeals court. The defendents claim the jury was biased.

                            • China refuses to shoot innocent Indian immigrants. Although we realize that these Indians could pose a serious threat to our society, we feel it is unfair for the people to suffer for the lack of control of thier governement. Also, we suspect that this terrorist act was commited by the same terrorist group that abducted our president. Chian deems any nation who shoots down Indian immigrants "inhumane" in thier act of killing thousands of people. Although China will not shoot down Indians, its borders are closed to all nations in fear that this plague will be brought into our country.
Chinese forces our on special alert in case of any terrorist or Indian Citizen attempting to sneek into our nation. The process of innoculations has begun in China but it is very unlikely to make a difference as we do not know what to innoculate for. China respects the Indians for their will to not allow the plague ti spred to other nations. If possible, a nearby nation with a poppulation small enough population could take in a few uninfected Indians. China will be sure to do so as soon as the poper facilities are in place.

China requests an immediate meeting of the United Nations.
