With all due respect to our illustrious mapmaker, I do not believe Berzerker can retreat his Baltic fleet to SKA, therefore it is destroyed and he can rebuild it.

That would be nice but he now gets a build and the SKA fleet must be taken off so I am not fighting too many of Berzerker's fleets.
