ADCT: The Tournament of Champions S1908
Russia has achieved the victory criterion of 18 centers. That face is indisputable, and he shows no signs of losing one in the Fall 1908 turn. Even now, he stands to gain possibly four more - Edinburgh, Berlin, Munich, and Venice. This no longer is a question of who will win, but how powerfully will Russia make its victory call?
What remains most puzzling, however, are the actions of the lesser Great Powers. England allows Russia to waltz into its capital as well as its Danish colony, France continues to draw hostilities from its neighbors to the north and east (made as obvious as ever by Rome's letter), while Germany is lost among the great masses of pink spreading across the deutschland. Why did a Grand Alliance fail to materialize? Why, in this game of champions, was a country allowed to so easily achieve a victory?
The next two seasons are merely formalities in cementing Russia's victory and Defiant's ascendancy to ADC 2000 Champion. Yet, they must be played out, and they shall be.
