I've a question:
If a player loses all his home SC's, but still has another SC somewere else, then:
A) Is he dead by the end of the next fall, or does he continue to exist?
B) If he does stay, can he build anything, or must he recapture his home SC's for that?

b) he can only build in home SCs, so he needs to re-capture them.
