OK, I got the map and I was working on it last night and finished all but the last three nations and my computer choked on me, "This computer has performed and illegal task and will shut down". It was my fault, should have saved after each nation completion. Anyway, should have it done tonight.

OK, a couple of things:
Australia's A-NTE went unordered, so it held

Fighting Sioux and S.American Empire both went to C.Current with San Fran and Gulf of California, it bounces, does not succeed.

Qing Dynasty A-BOM went unordered.

I believe that that territory adjacent to Stuttgart, Cze, Bre, Ruh, etc. is called Bavaria... moreover the abbreviation looks like Bay, which would make the territory officially Bayern (rather than the english Bavaria), or the font is so small it doesn't matter. Nonetheless, there is a territory calleed Bay right where Bavaria should be, if that's not Bavaria, then I don't know what else it could be.
