I will be away for another week
Official notice to all GMs, that I will not be back until Sunday. This is my last trip for awhile.

Now, that is a great reason why Victor is such a pleasure to GM for. He had an unexpected trip, but being the wise Diplomacy player he is, he turned in his moves a long time ago at his first opportunity, and just before leaving, he had the sensibility to make up some quick and fast (and conditional, of course) orders for the next two turns. Because of his competence in submitting orders, San Andreas will not be delayed one bit.
Players, you all could do well to learn from his example. With players like Victor around, I don't see why others just vanish saying that they have a crisis here or there and can't possibly find the two minutes it takes to submit moves. Victor did.The honorary duty of a human being
