Damnit General_BT don't you read the thread!? I asked India to leave Southeast Asia alone so I could expand into it? It's kind of frustrating that I'm getting screwed royal at every turn? Isn't Congo or someone open for you? I mean when someone posts that they want something don't you think it would be a good idea to at least TALK with them?

Okay, okay I'm calm. And I'm sorry BT but when my bid for Croatia got turned down I took Japan instead. One of my ideas was to kind of do a WWII scenario (but more peacefully). Put SE Asia as a Japanese protectorate. When you came along and claimed I guess I kind of got carried away. I apologize

P.S. - If you still want SE Asia I suppose we could try and work something out! Like a regional government or somesuch. Let's see my e-mail account is expired (30-day free trial what can I say ) and I'm goimg on vacation tomorrow. Hold your posting for a while and maybe we can work something out when I get back(Thursday)? Maybe earlier if I get some Internet access.

OOC: Kirk, you go Japan, that's a starting place, no one has a right to claim another land simply to expand into. And do you really think Africa is going to be more powerful than SE Asia? BT has a right to that land as he just entered, just like you had a right to Japan. Wouldn't be fair if I just said, "No, I want to expand into Japan" right?

BT, you might have to fight for Burma with Polaris. Otherwise, Thailand is pretty weak, you should at least get a military power like Vietnam.

And Kirk, as of right now, Vietnam and Japan aren't on the best terms and Vietnam could probably beat Japan in a war as they have a very large and experienced army.

Also, Thailand does have a fairly powerful army... at least they have the most technologically advanced of those powers (numerous new tanks, etc>)
They also have an aircraft carrier, albeit a small one...

The SAK has mobilized its entire field army due to India's blatant aggression against Burma.

A total of 500,000 regular troops are now fully activated, along with 350,000 irregular troops. His Majesty has also called up the reserves of the SAK, so in four to five weeks time and additional 400,000 reserves will be available for combat.

At present, 350,000 regular troops are committed to the Burmese Theater of War (TOW), along with 100,000 irregulars. The remaining irregulars will be deployed into Burman over the next few weeks as reinforcements.

Well as you've noticed there aren't alot of prime choices left nowadays. A quikc question Mao what about you and the Koreas, and Kazakhstan? And Germany in Africa? I'm just saying it's fun to expand and SE Asia isn't really that far away from Japan? And in the case of the military this is 1. A story and 2. The LMF!

Kirk, but before I invaded, I didn't reserve the land for my invasion, I just invaded. If a newbie wanted it before I invaded, I would have ceded, but Japan was gone at the time and no one was (and probably ever will) go to Kazakhstan.
