-<>- The United States of America -<>-

    -------------------------------------

    -------------------------------------

    Leader - President Williams Scotts

    INFORMATION -
Britain's American colonies broke with the mother country in 1776 and were recognized as the new nation of the United States of America following the Treaty of Paris in 1783. During the 19th and 20th centuries, 37 new states were added to the original 13 as the nation expanded across the North American continent and acquired a number of overseas possessions. The two most traumatic experiences in the nation's history were the Civil War (1861-65) and the Great Depression of the 1930s. Buoyed by victories in World Wars I and II and the end of the Cold War in 1991, the US remains the world's most powerful nation-state. The economy is marked by steady growth, low unemployment and inflation, and rapid advances in technology

            Williams Becomes Full President!

Our beloved Williams has decided to bestow himself "full presidential powers", as he put it. He has taken power from Congress, and bestowed it on himself so that he can better equip and ready America in this time of expansion. He has left Congress with the ability to make laws for us citizens, while Williams takes on the roll of our governmnent! God Bless Williams, and God Bless America!

            Williams Expresses Need for Industrialization
In this world of complete comeptiting of economic might, Williams has concluded that, in order to keep America's economy at the top, is to build more industry. Many unused lands in New Mexico and Arizona are now being fit for industrialization to bring our nation to the top of the world! New factories are being designed for state of the art effeciency by our own President. Here is a sneak peak our reporters were able to grab. God Bless Williams, and God Bless America!

To the United States Consulate, London:

As per to the message left to the American diplomat who visited the British Embassy in London on July 11th, 2003 which read:
We will etch out a constitutional alliance with our American friends.
We wish to continue discussions. Britain puts forward the following conditions:

                1) In the event of one nation being attacked by another nation, thus it's sovereignity being threatened, the other shall come to the aid of the victim without delay in a sizable force.

                2) You may not leave the alliance without all parties adhering to the reasons supplied by the leaver.

                3) The alliance is open to all nations of the world, but acceptance is only given when a majority of members vote in favour.

In reply to the message left at the British Consulate on Friday, July 11th 2003:

Yes, we can agree to this. Shall we name it the International Treaty of Nations, or ITN?
Britain concurs with the name given to the treaty.

In reply to the message left at the British Consulate on Friday 11th June:

I believe it is in the good will of the nations that Japan, should they accept invitation to join the ITN, are allowed to do so. We therfore ask for you acceptance of Japan, thus making it majority vote.
The British diplomats to the ITN have voted in favour of the Empire of Japan joining the organisation. This brings the votes in favour 2 to 3, with no need for the Korean diplomats to pass their respective votes.

                      International Treaty of Nations Signed!
First being a simple treaty between the United Kingdom and the United States, the Prime Minister of Britain asked for the creation of such a treaty, and if the United States would support it. Our President agreed right of way, and within a month the treaty has grown to become the most powerful alliance in the world. Under the design set by the British Consulate and government, South Korea was immedietly accepted as a British invitee, and Japan a week later by the United States, after approval from Britain for majority. The alliance now encompanies four nations on three continents, including United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, and Japan. All made possibly by the friendship of our President. God Bless Williams, and God Bless America.

American Economy to be the Strongest
A recent survey, conducted by the economology nuthead, Sir Winfris Duchy, and Englishman, has concluded that America is the most economically powerful nation in the world. America is already making an income of $9 trillion after all payments are deducted for running the nation, giving the Untied States a purchasing power that surpasses any other country on the globe, and this is before the massive industrialization planned by the Administration to take place next month. God Bless Williams and God Bless America.

As of right now, the United States does not see a threat in Germany, and so will not ally against them, but we will set up an alliance with our Russian friends, or even better, invite you to ITN, International Treaty of Nations. Right now, the treat has been signed by Japan, South Korea, United States, and United Kingdom. I will need at least two of them to ratify you joining, though I don't think that will be a problem. I shall put forth a proposal on your behalf to those nations now, and should they accept, notify you immedietly.
