Almost all of the articles have been done, as have the rules for the contest. A few bits still need to be done, and the holdup was me, I'm afraid.
I got swamped at work at a critical moment and haven't yet got around to picking up the pieces. I'll contact the co-editors and see if we can get it out.
BTW, contributions are always welcome, especially from critics.
