WinG load failure

When I try to load up CivII, I get an error message saying "WinG load failure. Error: 2"

Does anyone know what this means, and how to rectify it? For some reason MGE still works, it is installed seperatly.

Well, I decided to clear up my hard drive a little to get better performance from my computer. Unfortunately I was a tad over zelous and ended up deleting a whole load of things I should n't have Things such as Word, and WinG and my DVD utilities ... Don't ask, I haven't got a clue how that happened

Anyway, I was able to restore WinG from my civ disc (which I didn't know was there at first)
