An idea just came to my head. Sorry if this has already been done. I was thinking today how several scenarios could be linked into one campaign. Wouldn't it be great if one scenario had an effect on another, depending on the results.
For instance, the first scenario you play is a WWII african campaign, say after the axis defeat at El Alamain and the Torch landings. The Allied objective is to drive on Tunisia as quickly as they can. The axis player has to fight a delaying campaign and prolong the fighting in Africa for as long as possible.
Next stage, an Italian campaign where the allies have to reach Rome (or other such city) by a certain date. Now, depending on the finishing position in the first campaign the second can be modified by a neutral moderator, whether it be adding more units and defenses to starting the scenario on a different date. For example, if the allied took ages to finish up in Africa, he may have less summer months to conduct the Italian campaign.
