Somali Civil War scenario v1.1: testers needed
I've finally finished a scenario on the Somali Civil War that I've been working on, off and on, for about a year. You can download it from http://pantheon.yale.edu/~jps35/civ2.html . It's very challenging, particularly if you play as the SSA, and a quick game (three or four hours max). Let me know what you think!
