I was just wondering if you could play the game as the barbarians? I noticed that if you use the cheat mode, you can select no human player and then display the barbarian map. Once the turn is up, you can either place a barbarian unit in thee game using the cheat menu and you can switch production in the barbarian city. I've been able to move the barbarian units for one turn and switch the production of the cities (without the game crashing) but only for one turn, then it reverts back to no player. Anyone know if its possible to play a full game as them?

We who grew up tall and proud
In the shadow of the mushroom cloud
Convinced our voices can't be heard
We just want to scream it louder and louder:
"What the hell are we fighting for?"
"Just surrender and it won't hurt at all"

It's a self-extracting exe file. Run it, then choose a savegame in your civ2 directory.
Run the file "Civ2hack.exe", click "Load" choose the game, then choose the color you want to play as. THen, click "Save" and then "Quit".
For the first turn, you'll propably play as the old civilization, but then, you're playing as the one(s) you chose.
