Rules.txt is 90% done now... just a few tweaks left and one or more technologies to think about. Then all that's left is plopping some cities and units down and writing up a single events file.
I'm intending this scenario to be multiplayer since it's counterpart is singleplayer.

Due to the limitations of the map engine, I could only squeeze in the Vega sector and half of the Sol and Kilrah sectors (Firekka is in the Epsilon sector).
Depending on the demand, I might even write a couple of events file for the single player to smartten up the AI a bit.Comment
