  • Couple of Questions.

    #1) If I attach a set of improvements to a tech (like factories, Mfg plants, and power plants), give that tech to a civ, place those improvements in certain selected cities, then take away the tech that these improvements are connected with, and then remove the possibility of building any more of these improvements, will the AI civs sell off those improvements?

    #2) What are the exact numbers I must enter in order for a scenario to run from 1870 to 1920, with monthly turns? (600 turns)

    No, not as far as I know, preplaced improvements have been used in many scenarios.

    Jan 1870-Jan 1920= starting year 22440

      If you reduce the cost to maintain the improvments to 0 then the AI won't sell them even if it runs out of money to pay for them...
