Earth: Final Conflict scenario

I`m starting work on a scenario based on Earth:Final Conflict, and I need graphics and sounds for the units. While I`ve managed to adapt several units from existing collections, it`d be a great help if there were any collections already out there. My question, therefore, is simple: Are there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
