Question about Kestrels Mars Scenario

Have been playing Kestrel's Mars Scen (for TOT )

Can't seem to figure out how to get to earth - have researched Rturn to Earth, built units supposed to have native teleport, etc. Nothing works.

Im sure this will turn out to be something obvious, but please help

note i have DL'ed from Cradle of Civ, so maybe version issue?

I haven't got that far, yet. This is an excellent scenario, BTW. The graphics alone are worth the effort of downloading. Have you asked Kestrel?
