    Right, I'm trying to convert a scenario but there's some problems with the city styles. Does anybody know which tech triggers the little sordid round huts style for the cities? It really looks miserable and I want to cut it out of my city styles tree right now like a fetid cancer.

    If you mean the renaissance style, the trigger tech is invention. That one has been known to cause problems with conversions.

        Thanks for the tips - now I have another city style to play around with! Time for me to go off in search of four different oriental city styles.
