Is it possible to remove those smale "huts" were you can get "ancient srolls of wisdoms" or unleash barbarians etc?

Yes, simply open the cheat menu, go to scenario parameters and choose "delete villages" (or so, I have the German version ). There is also an option to recreate them.

In English, the options are

• Wipe all goody boxes
• Restore all goody boxes

I never notices before that they called them goody boxes, usually it's goody huts.
