pictures (again)

Ok, i tried to do as you guys told me. The error message is gone, but the picture is all black! Any ideas?

Hm, I read your problem in the other thread, can it be that you saved the pic as transparent gif? You have to switch transparency off. Not sure, there may be other reasons...
