  • Two civs as one?

I've been creating a sequel/revision of one of my earlier scenarios and I'd like to use Nemo's idea of 2 civs (airforce and army) being played by the same player without using the cheat menu or MGE.

My question is: I'm fairly far along in this scenario. Can I still implement this, ideally when I am otherwise complete - or would I need to have the save file edited before I did any work (in other words - oh boy wasted time, wasted time).

I haven't a clue how to do this in the first place, but I figure it would be a good idea to see if I should even bother to continue designing this scenario, or if I'm going to have to start over from scratch.

    Thanks,

    JP

This may help you accomplish what you want to do.

I cannot say if this will work with newer OS's like Windows ME.
Alterntively you can use Allard's hex edit document and figure out how to hex edit the save file to do this.

At least I think this is what Nemo did with Second Front.
