I just finished playing a great new scenario, "Pitt's War" by Gothmog. It's set in the Carribean during the Seven Years' War. It's mainly a naval game, with lots of amphibious action. I know we all like to trash the AI, but I was amazed how well it performed here in the naval role. I was constantly being attacked by Spanish or French (I was the English) ships and marines. It's quite challenging and I recommend it. It's available on Gothmog's site.

Mao, you can get it from the Spanish civilization site, through the link at the bottom of the page, as the SCS is a Apolyton hosted site.

The Spanish Civ site has version 1. I have yet to send them version 1.1.
In Version 1.1, I took out the fire ships, because I learned after posint it that the only time fire ships were used in the 7 years war was at Quebec. That's the only difference.
Anyway, here's the direct link to my personal site. http://users.sgi.net/~harden/pittswar.html

Just becouse fireships wasn't used a lot shouldn't mean that you haven't got the option. If you want to use fireships you should be allowed to (you should probably discourage the ai from doing so though).
Atleast that's what I thinkNo Fighting here, this is the war room!
