It depends on the historical input you guys can provide me with.
I just know the very shalow history of this campaign. It will take me months if I must dig into it thoroughly, so some help would make it alot easier.

Correct. Can't have a total map of Norway without including Sweden, Finland and the Baltics. As you can se Norway stretches quite far nort-easwards. I made the borders unpassable just in case, you all know how stupid the AI can be. And this to limit the war to were it's supposed to be - in Norway!

Battalion would probably be the best choice, - with 6(?) divisions this would give the Germans 60 odd infantry units. If you went with companies the Germans would have 180+ units which is probably unmanageable.Originally posted by Kobra

I'm not 100% sure when the Soviets totally annexed the Baltics. Was it not in August 1940? I do belive they sent some Red Army troops earlier on though.Originally posted by POTUS

Anyway, the only two civs in this scenario will be the Germans and the Norwegians/Allies. Everything else will be filled with black and those little flags you see on the screenshot.

Keeping the interest up
I've found a book that down to battalion show the placement of troops and show the placement of both German and Allied ships on the 9th of April. So this will be a completely authentic invasion of Norway.
It also shows all the Norwegian strongpoints and coastal batteries.
