Assistance (theoretical) needed!

I am sick & tired of trying and erroring everytime when I try to set the dates.

I need: 12 months each year (this I know HOW to do), starting year should be 1933.

What do I have to do with the year increment to get that right?

You set the starting date to 23196

year increment -1 (-2 goes for two month turns (6/year), -3 for three month turns (4/year) and so on.

1933*12= 23196, which will probably be a bit of, but it's easier to correct from here.
