    I posted the correct link for you in the post above. You did everything right, except you posted the wrong link. In future go to View File, right-click the file in question, copy the shortcut and paste the link in your post.

        Sorry. Lost the rest in a hard drive hiccup a while back.

        I might get the chance to recreate them but not for a week or two.

            thorgrimm, do you want to include the @NEGOTIATION trigger in the events to stop the Martians from making peace with each civ after they capture a city? My recollection of H.G. Wells' novel is that there was no communications between the Martians and Earthlings. It would certainly pick up the pace of the invasion.

                  thorgrimm, if you're after Exile's permission, I strongly sugest that you contact him by PM or email (I think that his address is in the readme for Imperialism).

                    Actually i had to tear my copy of his scen apart to make mine i replaced bldgs units and techs. So no i am not looking for his permission and i have fufilled my obligation for recognition. i just want to make a good WOTW scen and his scen fit the parameters i needed. If he wants me to take it down i will honor his request.

                    @techumseh Thank you very much!

                    Thanks Thorgrimm

                      @thorgrimm:

                      I woulds have asked Exile's permission before making this scen public, actually.

                        Yes, Exile in particular has been through this fairly recently and might be inclined to be a little, erm, temperamental about it?
                        The thread title is a fairly good descriptor though.

                            Not unreasonably, Exile has in the past insisted on a veto on such alterations.

                            If anyone had done to one of my scenarios what was done to one of his, I'd insist on exactly the same conditions.

                            Incidently, why don't you post some screenshots?
