  • Gah! City map display hassles!

Can anyone help solve this riddle?

I am aware of a bug in MGE that makes civs show the wrong city art type in a scenario.

    And I am getting it!

A civ that should have stone age or far east city sets are showing the the wrong city type...

I have checked rules and everything seems OK...
I know civ-city is meant to fix this bug, but I am not having any joy!

Has anyone else had this bug?

I have that bug all the time. I just correct it through the in game editor.

Just go to the editor select tribes and choose the correct city style.

If you use civtweak, its imperative that the city styles are the same in rules.txt as in civtweak, and that the techs for style changes (Ind, Aut and E2, if I remember correctly) are in place if you use the industrial and modern styles.
