Problems with Title.gif

Can anybody please help me with my title.gif. It does not work and I cannot find the reason why......

It has to be in the standard pallete of Civ2. The best way to do this is to paste your (excellent) title into an existing title gif. from another scenario. Resize either one to fit.

In addition, not all gifs are alike. I believe you need to save it as version 87a non-interlaced. Some programs (e.g. MS Photo Editor) have trouble with that.
