    ideas mainly curt, jus like 2 be credited 4 helping tho its not a big deal. helping in the first place was its own reward!
    ummm, the idea that brits shud be higher on defense and lower on attack, and the general beefing up of the navy an so forth. i was just a little annoid by not bein mentioned in either dictator, an i did contribute quite alot to the first 1 or so i thought!

      @Pablostuka,
      The reason Gemany declared war is to similate the nation coming under German control in early 1941.

      Call the attack, anti-partisan operations.

      I also use it as an events device to get Germany to actually get the first strike against the USSR (they did get the first attack, after all!)...
      Otherwise the Russians get an unfair and unrealistic attack at the Germans in june 1941.

      @Cifer,

      Soviet Steel is my next caper,
      a hypothetical invasion by Stalin in an alternate Earth in 1950...

        @The Limey,
        I appreciate the help of everyone who has helped my out with advice, etc.
        I would not purposely forget anyone, so excuse this accidental ommission.

        Your name has been honourably added to the credits as will be seen in the next patch!

              I have noticed you removed the ^^ from my events headlines.

              That ^^ thing makes the sentence after it appear in the middle of the line.

                @Pericles,

                There are a few changes I have planned, as I have noticed a few things amiss.

                I am doing a new patch!

                Send me all the Japanese events you can, please include the the ones you have already sent, but the way you want to see them!

                  I will send the events but not the way "i want to see them".

                  It is YOUR scenario. Change them at will.

                  I only notified you of the ^^ thing because i thought you did not know about it.

                  i think the old events are already posted in the other thread.

                  i will start working on the new events ASAP.

                    Good stuff, Pericles! Look forward to them!

                    For now, a new patch is ready,
                    That fixes a graphic problem with the P38 fighter and a starver problem in frankfurt!

                      Curt, I played through Dictator and really enjoyed it. One (minor) point, though - the neutral allies covered much of Europe by the endgame, which was a little annoying when I was trying to attack the last German city. Maybe you could make the generic infantry immobile and have the neutrals able to build these only. If you want to stop other civs moving through their countries, put a few neutral infantry on the borders.

                      Even more picky of me, I know, but the Centurion Mk 1 which the Brits rushed to Germany in time for the end of the war didn't have the stowage bins on the side of the turret shown on Jimmywax's graphic. Here's my mod of Jimmy's post-War Centurion to make it a 1945 model:

                        Minor issue (by the way, it all looks great)

                        the shield for the US Sherman tank has been flipped. The American insignia is on the right side, but the genereric Civ2 shield is on the left side

                          @Fairline, I will add the tank! Thanks a lot!
                          I might even consider giveing the Neutrals a set amount of units, meaning what they start with is what they have for the whole game!

                          City improvements can still be done.

                          Makes a real military challenge! Will free up unit space too!

                          What do you think?

                          @Iron Chancellor, good work on spotting that I will look into this at once!

                            I agree with fairline, is quite impossible to move in North Africa and Southern Europe, due to the Neutral expansionist units! They are everywhere!
                            In my Spanish Civil War scenario, I've set up 0 movement rate for all the Neutral units, so they won't disturb the other nations . I think you can do the same

                            BTW, I really love that scenario, it's very addictive
