  • New scenario in development

It's been a while since I last made any sign of myself, but still, once in a while, I do some little things with civ2.

So, I would like to announce the progress I am making on my newest scenario, together with some screenshots to make it more clear.

So.. what have we here? It looks like things are heating up a bit down there..

Alitta as far as I remember.

On the other hand, just Cyprus here.
      And there should be more.

Here is a pic of the map. It's very old, and lots of cities have been added since, but I can't be bothered to make a new one.

looks good but how on earth did you manage to place cities in adjacent squares?

There was a thread about it some (long) time ago.
Either by hex-editing, or by placing cities of different nations in some way, so that they tried to colonise the same area

Looks good. I like the idea of the border terrain tile, if that's what it is.

                      Wow, it looks great!

BTW, Allard, can I steal the border marks? I made some ugly red dots for my LaGuerra scenario (upcoming too), and yours just look great!

I think I first saw those bordermarkers in Alex the Magnificent's last scenario, The Russian Civil Warand then in Soundwave's History

Looking very good Allard, not that I expected anything else! If it's even half as good as RiverWar, it will be a classic!

                            Looks great!

                            I'm willing to try it

(BTW, I send you some emails a long time before, but it seems to me that you've not received it. I've discover some things about hex-editing and I want to tell you in order to update your document. Sorry for this Off-topic note)
